(01)Overview
A beachfront resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania, developed by Lootah Group. We produced the complete set of renders that bring the project to life before a single villa is built.

Selling paradise
before it’s built.
01 — The challenge
The challenge
Lootah Group needed investors, partners and future guests to see and feel the resort while it was still on the drawing board, from the master plan down to the guest experience.
02 — Our approach
Our approach
We built the full resort in 3D and rendered it across aerial, beach, pool and villa views, at day, sunset and night, so every audience could understand the scale, layout and atmosphere of the destination.
03 — The result
The result
A complete render library that Lootah Group uses for investor presentations, sales material, brochures and digital campaigns for the Zanzibar project.
